Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store:

• your email address;
• the time you signed up;
• the referring page and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), if your browser or the link you followed carried them;
• your country, derived by Cloudflare from your connection at the moment of signup;
• optionally, your answer to the question which agents you run today (Claude Code, Codex or both), if you choose to answer it.

We do not store your IP address or browser details.

Why we collect it

To notify you when early access to Exy opens and to tell you the confirmed pricing. That is the only use. There is no newsletter, and your data is never sold or shared for marketing.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time; see your rights below.

Who processes it

The website and the waitlist database are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our processor. No other third party receives your data.

How long we keep it

Until the early-access and launch communication ends, or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first, and in any case no longer than 24 months from signup.

Your rights

• Access: ask what we hold about you.
• Erasure: ask us to delete your record.
• Withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
• Rectification, restriction and portability as provided by the GDPR.

To exercise any of these, email hello@exyagents.com from the address you signed up with. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ), uoou.gov.cz.
